APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
The program ranges over a four years depending on whether you are commencing or have already commenced your apprenticeship, the program is for students who have recently completed their Higher School Certificate, and people with a passion for Mechanical Engineering who are looking to attain or complete their trade qualification.
The program combines on the job training in paid employment with formal technical training. Apprentices have the opportunity to pursue a long term career in mechanical or electrical trade.
Apprentices will be trained on the wide range of Sell and Parker heavy equipment and will have the opportunity to work across a range of sites and facilities.

MANAGEMENT CADETSHIP
The program ranges from 12-18 months promotes on-the-job learning, provides cadets with rotational opportunities through every nonferrous area of our business and is supported by a structured training program. Our focus is to provide and cultivate non-ferrous knowledge and leadership skills. During the final part of the program, cadets are placed in a supervisory position to gain real world experience.

Our cadets represent individuals who are excited about their future and ours. They are focused on knowledge development, career progression and open to promotion and relocation. The Cadetship is a program designed to obtain a broad view of the nonferrous operations of the company while developing personal skills and interests. In addition, cadets are assigned exciting, challenging projects that will stretch their capabilities and allow them to work with some of the most talented, knowledgeable functional experts in the industry.
The Cadetship is highly structured and, at the completion of each rotation, trainees will complete formal projects and receive feedback on their performance. Trainees will work with functional experts and senior leaders to gain inspiring perspectives on the direction we need to move to shape our business in the future.

SALES CADETSHIP
The cadetship ranges from 6-12 months, promotes on-the-job learning and is supported by informal and formal training. Cadets are provided with rotational opportunities through every area of our company gaining valuable industry exposure to sales. Our focus is to provide and cultivate knowledge and leadership skills. Our cadets are hardworking, and they themselves are focused on knowledge development, career progression and open to promotion and relocation.
Based in Blacktown and potentially covering various locations including Sydney and regional NSW. This position will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the NSW Non Ferrous business by actively identifying, pursuing and converting Non Ferrous scrap metal arising’s and opportunities throughout NSW.
