The Sell & Parker Group is an Australian‑owned private group established in 1966.
What began as a metal recycling business has grown and evolved over more than 60 years into a diversified industrial group. As the business expanded, three core areas naturally emerged: recycling, manufacturing, and the sale of ex‑Australian military equipment.
To support this continued growth and provide greater clarity across our operations, the Sell & Parker Group was formally reorganised in 2026 into three dedicated divisions:
1. Sell & Parker Recycling – the trading arm for all recycling operations across the Sell & Parker Group.
2. Loross – the brand representing our manufacturing businesses, named in acknowledgement of the Sell & Parker Group founders, Lorraine and Ross Parker.
3. Australian Frontline Machinery – specialising in the sale of ex‑Australian military equipment.
The Sell & Parker Group brings together specialised businesses of recycling, manufacturing, and the sale of ex‑Australian military equipment under one group, allowing us to offer tailored solutions across multiple industries.
The Sell & Parker Group is extremely proud to be a successful, multi‑generational, family‑owned business.
Our roots in metal recycling remains the core of Sell & Parker Recycling. We operate 8 large recycling facilities across Australia, supplying Australian and Asian steel mills with feedstock, and export recycled non-ferrous metals. We also have considerable capability and experience with secure destruction of sensitive items, and also operate 5 large Return and Earn container deposit depots in NSW, and 2 CDS Vic container deposit depots in Victoria.
In 1972, Ross Parker established an adjacent business processing steel plate for fabricators under the name Oxy Profile Cutting, which was later rebranded as Oxycut, and then Precision Oxycut. Over the years, the business expanded its range of products and services and has grown to become the largest steel cutting company in NSW, operating across three locations in NSW and Victoria.
In 2026, our manufacturing businesses were unified under the Loross banner. The Loross name pays homage to the Sell & Parker Group founders, Lorraine and Ross Parker, and reflects our long-standing commitment to quality manufacturing and engineering excellence.
As the business has grown, so has our central services group. We have a core team that provide support so our operating businesses can focus on their work.
We support causes that improve the health and wellbeing of the communities in which we operate.
