Metal for Miracles
Commenced in July 2003, Sell & Parker initiated the "Metal for Miracles" programe. The company donates $1.00 for every tonne of scrap steel recycled to the Sydney Childrens Hospital, Randwick. The program funds Doctor’s fellowships and Nursing scholarships in the Intensive Care Ward.
To date, we have donated in excess of $1,300,000!!!!
As a customer, you would be welcome to piggyback on the program and market it via internal newsletters. Our monthly invoice automatically includes an update on the program.

Flying Doctors Charity Bash
Along with many of Sell & Parker's suppliers and customers, the Parker family and friends participated in the Flying Doctors Charity Bash collectively raising over $140,000 for the cause.

Educating the kids on the recycling industry
Each year 60 Sydney school children are invited for a tour and presentation of our Sell & Parker Banksmeadow yard to educate them on the scrap metal recycling industry. Kids always have a great time and find it interesting to see the big bails of aluminium cans and the cars get crushed.
